Better
This week, I realized I don't need to eat shit to save money.
I bought a large pack of chicken thighs to put in my freezer and decided to spend most of the money on fresh vegetables.
It's panfried kale, bacon, onion and garlic as a side all week.
Lemon and rosemary chicken for this week's lunches.
A hard boiled egg for breakfast.
Today was a fatty moment. Baked salmon topped with mayo, siracha, horse radish, dill, lemon juice and onion.
And still able to come under $5 per meal.
