Five Day Freezer Fun

There are five days until I leave for my trip. Five days of only eating what is left in my fridge, freezer and pantry. In order to save money for my trip, money will have to take an upper hand to food.

No fresh produce and a couple bags of instant noodles. It can be done, but it won't feel great.

Lunch today was an omelette (gouda, cilantro, corn, chili pepper, oregano) and baked salmon (lemon juice, pepper). Mayo, mustard and dill sauce (lemon juice, dill pickles, cilantro) on the side.
