Breakfast
My last two days of breakfast!
First was the breakfast wrap. The main filler was the mushroom egg scramble. I made a quick tomato, red onion and cilantro salsa that had a bit of lime juice. The rest of the toppings were avocado, red peppers and lettuce.
Today was a typical two egg breakfast. The only difference was I made a sweet potato hash. Regular potato, get out of my kitchen!
I could not finish this meal.
I am quite concerned about my appetite these days.
