The last two months of 2012 I'm certain more than half of my meals were restaurant dining or take-out. I told myself 2012 would be my I-don't-care year and 2013 would be back to Saving Shannon. Well, it's 2013 now. If I keep it up, this means this blog will have more frequent posts.

The freezer is stocked- bring it on 2013!

Tonight was grilled salmon on spinach, alfalfa sprouts, and avocados with a boiled egg... And that's right... potato slices!

The appetizer during the meal prep was hot genoa with smoked oysters on pita chips.

It was a solo night, but that doesn't mean I should only have one "course".

Solo night also means movie night.
This exchange in Charade made me laugh out loud.
